Traffic Now Flowing Eastbound as Roundabout Construction Continues to Progress

WARREN, Pa. – Construction on the roundabout at the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave. and Liberty St. in Warren is right on schedule, with traffic now being able to flow eastbound.

The roundabout is in Phase 2 of construction, with the third and final phase still on schedule to be completed around Labor Day, according to Warren City Manager Mike Holtz.

Phase 2 of the project is expected to last for about six weeks.
