State Police Searching for Missing McKean County Man

KANE, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police have issued a Missing Endangered Person Alert for an 86-year-old McKean County man.

UPDATE, 6:15 p.m. Nov. 15, 2023: PSP announced that Drake had been located safely.

According to a release from Lewis Run-based PSP, William Drake, 86 of Kane, was last seen at 1 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2023, in the area of the first block of Grandview Road in Kane. Drake is 5’11” tall, weighing 160 pounds, with gray hair and green eyes. Police do not have a description of his clothes, though police said he had a black and white English Setter dog with him.

Drake is operating a gray Ford F150 truck, bearing Pennsylvania registration RC-1424. Police believe this person may be at special risk of harm or injury or may be confused.

Anyone with information on Drake is asked to contact police immediately by calling 911 or the PA State Police Lewis Run at 814-368-9230.
