PSP Investigating Report of Stolen Dog

CORRY, Pa. – Corry based Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a report of a stolen dog in Sparta Township, Crawford County.

According to the police report, the dog, a 6-month-old German Shepard, was taken from its owners’ residence on Sportsman Road in Sparta Township on Nov. 10 at approximately 6:25 p.m.

The dog was chained to a tree at the front of the victim’s residence, and it is believed that someone disconnected the chain and stole the dog, per the report.
