PLEASANT, TWP. Pa. – Pleasant Township supervisors discussed potential work on three different roads in 2022 during Tuesday’s Township meeting.
The potential projects discussed are on Drumcliffe Drive, Farm Lane and Shelby Circle.
The plan is two have two separate bids for the work to be done by Huber Blacktop with paving and fabric underneath.
A combination of state funds and U.S. Forestry funds are planned to be used, with a total of $151,000 combined between the two available. Any additional funding could be taken out of the general funds, noted Chairman Arden Knapp.
Knapp also noted that it will take “a while” for the bids to come back.
