WARREN, Pa. – AAA East Central, in conjunction with the Warren County Sheriff’s Department and the Conewango Township Police Department is holding a free license plate legibility event on Tuesday, March 28.
The event is by appointment only at AAA Warren’s 2285 Market St. location and can be made by calling 814-723-6660.
According to PennDOT, a license plate is deemed illegible when one or more numbers or letters cannont be recognized from 50 feet, or if the registration plate shows any blistering, peeling, discoloration or loss of reflectivity.`
