Lady Dragons Drop Decision to Prep

ERIE, Pa. – Jenna Wagner and Madison Simmerman drove in two runs each as Cathedral Prep beat Warren, 5-1.

Warren actually scored first on a Lexi Hoffman RBI single in the top of the first, but Prep responded with a pair of runs in the bottom half of the inning.

Megan Kelly also had two hits and an RBI for the Ramblers.

Simmerman got the complete game win, allowing one run on six hits, and striking out seven.

Carly Beers, Alana Stuart, and Hoffman had two hits each for Warren.

Stuart took the loss allowing five runs (four earned) in six innings, striking out nine and allowing seven hits.
