RUSSELL, Pa. – The Eisenhower wrestling team will have to replace a couple of key contributors from last season, but the Knights are ready to rumble as they open the season at the prestigious Southern Tier Wrestling Officials Association tournament at JCC.
Derek Childs and Tucker Lindell are two of the leaders on this year’s Eisenhower squad. As part of a group that has reached at least the District 10 football semifinal round in each of their four years on the gridiron, they know what it takes to achieve postseason success. They’re hopeful that success can translate to the wrestling mat this season.
