Jakes Rocks Trail Fest Back to Full Scale in 2021

September 24, 2021

The Jakes Rocks Trail Fest is back in full force this year.

The event, which is hosted by the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry, with a big assist from the Northern Allegheny Mountain Bike Association, Western New York Mountain Bike Association and the Allegheny National Forest, will be held Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

“Honestly we’re really excited,” said John Papalia from the WCCBI. “This is a great event for us and one that continues to grow.

There will be bicycle and equipment vendors, food vendors, rides, and clinics.

“There’s going to be a handful of different vendors and lots of mountain bikers,” Papalia said. “It’s a great way to highlight all of the trails and the recreation in Warren County.”

The event was scaled back in 2020 due to COVID-19, but is back in full force this year.

All of the clinics and group rides are free of charge.

“We certainly want to thank all of our sponsors, as well as our volunteers and the the planning committee,” Papalia said. “And of course, none of this happens without the support of all of our WCCBI members.”
