WARREN, Pa. – Gas prices remained relatively steady in Northwest Pennsylvania this week, with the regional average – $3.652 – falling by a penny while the average in Warren fell by $.001 to $3.698, according to the AAA East Central Gas Price report.
The average in the region a year ago was $5.02.
“For the first time since 2021, domestic gasoline demand was above 9 million barrels daily for a third straight week,” the report said. “Yet despite the robust numbers, pump prices barely budged in most of the country.”
The average price for a gallon of gas in Forest County is at $3.709, $3.657 in Erie County and $3.695 in McKean County.
Prices in DuBois are the lowest in the region at $3.436.
The national average price fell three cents to $3.56.
