Find Signs of Spring at Audubon on Saturday, Feb. 24

February 19, 2024

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – The Audubon Community Nature Center is hosting a Signs of Spring event on Saturday, Feb. 24 from 10 – 11:30 a.m.Spring is just around the corner, and nature is already showing signs of the changing season.

Audubon Community Nature Center Educator Emma Roth will host this outdoor event.

Budding flowers, tree buds, animal activity, and even a bird song or two are all sure signs that winter is moving out and spring is moving in. This is an opportunity to explore the grounds to look for these early signs of the changing seasons and look forward to warmer days.

As this program occurs outdoors, dress for the weather and be prepared to walk on potentially snowy trails.

The fee is $8 for adults, $6 for Nature Center members, and children ages 9–15

Reservations are appreciated by calling 716-569-2345 during business hours or going to AudubonCNC.org and clicking through Programs and Events. Walk-ins are welcome.
