Crescent Park to be Closed to Through Traffic Next Week

September 16, 2022

WARREN, Pa. – Crescent Park will be closed to through traffic from Sept. 19 – 23 due to railroad work, PennDOT said in a release on Friday.

Buffalo and Pittsburgh Railroad will be fixing the railroad crossing north of the intersection with Route 6 (Grand Army of the Republic Highway) and Crescent Park (Route 3005) near the border with the City of Warren.

A detour will be posted using Route 6, Route 62 (Pennsylvania Avenue), and Main Avenue.

PennDOT urges motorists to slow down when driving in work zones, and also to be alert to changing conditions, to avoid distractions, and to pay attention to signs and flaggers. Drive responsibly in work zones for your safety and the safety of the workers.
