September 27, 2023

WARREN, Pa. – Warren County’s reassessment project is off and running, with all of the City of Warren residential data already collected, per Chief Assessor Brian Bull.

Bull provided an update on the reassessment process during Wednesday’s Warren County Commissioners meeting.

“As of today, all residential data has been collected in the City of Warren,” Bull said. “Commercial and industrial properties will be done at a later date.”

Residential data has also been collected in other municipalities throughout the county.

“Southwest Township, Eldred Township, Spring Creek Township are the same, all the residential work is done,” Bull said.

The next area of focus will be the northern tier of the county.

“We’ve got a handful left – Columbus Township, Bear Lake Borough, and Freehold Township, we’re going to continue across the northern tier of the county – Sugar Grove Borough, Pine Grove Township, Farmington Township,” Bull said. “Data collection is going well and everything is looking good so far.”

Bull also noted that more data collectors have been hired.

“They’ll be coming back through for commercial and industrial properties,” Bull said. “A few more data collectors have been hired. They’re going to be bringing on a data entry person on-site in the near future.”
