WARREN, Pa. – Warren County Conservation District Director Dave Miller and Associate Director Richard Smith presented the 2022 Ralph G. Eckert Scholarship to Connor Carnahan, Bryceton Maille, and Natalie Valentine.
Carnahan is a 2022 graduate of Tidioute Community Charter School and will attend Penn State DuBois to major in Wildlife Technology.
Maille is a 2022 graduate of Youngsville High School and will attend Mount Aloysius College to major in Conservation Law Enforcement.
Natalie Valentine is a 2022 graduate of Tidiuote Community Charter School and will attend Penn State University to major in Forestry Biology.
The Conservation District awards the Ralph G. Eckert Scholarship each year to deserving Warren County students pursuing a conservation-related degree.
The scholarship was established as a memorial to Ralph G. Eckert, who served in the Soil Conservation Service from 1950-1966.
The Warren County Conservation District also awards the Warren County Council of Sportsmen’s Clubs scholarships.
This scholarship was awarded to Bryceton Maille and Connor Carnahan along with Halee Mineweaser.
Mineweaser is a 2022 graduate of Warren Area High School and will attend Slippery Rock University to major in Chemistry Bachelor of Science.
