LINESVILLE, Pa. – The reigning District 10 Class 3A champions proved too much as Conneaut swept visiting Warren Tuesday.
The Eagles came away with a 25-18, 25-16 and 25-20 win over the Dragons.
Hannah Shattuck led the Warren offensive attack with eight kills, 10 digs and three aces. Jordan Sitler and Olivia English each finished with four kills, while Carly Beers added three kills. Sitler also added a block.
Halee Mineweaser ran the offense with 17 assists and chipped in three digs. Katie Madigan had nine digs and an ace.
Conneaut won the junior varsity match, 25-15 and 25-16.
Kylie Fehlman had three kills, Summer Lucks had 12 digs and Brooke Edwards had two kills and two digs.
Warren has a week off before the Dragons head to Meadville Tuesday, Oct. 13.
