Arrest Warrant Served, Pittsfield Man Charged After Five-Month Investigation

PITTSFIELD, Pa. – In March of 2021, Detectives of the Warren County Drug Task Force had received information of illegal drug activity taking place at “Bens Games of Skill” located at 365 Main St. Pittsfield.

During a 5-month long investigation multiple controlled purchases of methamphetamine were made from inside of the business. Further investigation had determined that the business owner, Todd V. Hebner had been selling methamphetamine from inside of the business during and after business hours.

Member of the Warren County Drug Task Force had executed an early morning search warrant of the business which yielded additional methamphetamine and a large amount of US Currency.

Todd V. Hebner of Pittsfield, PA was charged with 2 counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamines and 2 counts of criminal use of a communications facility. Hebner was arraigned on the charges and remanded to the Warren County Jail after failing to post bond.

The Warren County Drug Task Force was assisted by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Warren City Police Department, Youngsville Police Department, U.S Forest Service Law Enforcement Division and Emergycare.
