Warren Tire Center Winter Weather Advisory Issued for Warren County

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – The National Weather Service in State College has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Warren County beginning at 5 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2024.

The advisory runs until 7 p.m. Tuesday. Mixed precipitation with ice accumulation of 1/10 inch and snow accumulation of less than an inch is expected.

“Steady precipitation tapers off Tuesday evening, but patchy freezing drizzle may linger overnight into Wednesday morning,” the NWS said.

Slippery road conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.

“The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on driving conditions as winter weather impacts Pennsylvania roadways,” the advisory said.
