Individuals 18 years of age and older can schedule for an appointment. Appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Please visit www.healthmartcovidvaccine.com and complete the following steps:
1. Register as a new user
2. Start your assessment and answer the required assessment questions
3. Search and select Darling’s Oil City Pharmacy
4. Choose your day and pick your time slot
5. Accept the terms and conditions and confirm your time slot
6. Print your vaccine voucher to bring with you to your scheduled appointment
