WARREN, Pa. – Several streets in the City of Warren will be closed except to local traffic over the next several weeks.
The closures include Liberty St. between Third and Fourth avenues, Connecticut Avenue between Conewango Avenue and Edgewood, and Home Street from Monroe Street until the street dead end.
The closures will be for Pennsylvania American Water to install new water main services, beginning on July 18.
