Nathan Ruby, 23, Warren was cited for Retail Theft on 08/30/2023 after officers responded to a local convenience store for the report of a theft in the amount of $3.87.
Michael Woodard, 35, Fairview was cited for Disorderly Conduct on 09/11/2023 after officers responded to a report of a male being disruptive.
