PSP Investigating Theft of 300 Gallons of Vegetable Oil

BROKENSTRAW TOWNSHIP, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police are investigating after a New York-based company reported that approximately 300 gallons of vegetable oil was stolen from its facility in Brokenstraw over the summer.

According to a release from PSP-Warren, Buffalo Bio Diesel, Inc. a company based in Tonawanda, New York, reported that between 8 a.m. on June 9 and 5 p.m. on Aug. 28 approximately 300 gallons of used vegetable oil was taken from its facility on Route 6 in Brokenstraw Township.

The used oil is valued at $2,100, according to the release.

Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to call PSP-Warren at 814-728-3600.
