YOUNGSVILLE, Pa. – A nearly $10,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the capture of Michael C. Burham, the man who escaped the Warren County Jail late Thursday night.
“At this time, the U.S. Marshalls have offered a $7,500 reward and the Warren County Crime Stoppers has offered a $2,000 reward for information leading to (Burham’s) apprehension,” Lieutenant Colonel George Bivens, Deputy Commissioner of Operations for the Pennsylvania State Police said.

Bevins and other law enforcement officials have urged the public not to approach Burham if they spot him because they are considering him “armed and dangerous” but instead to contact Pennsylvania State Police Warren Station at 814-728-3600 or the Warren County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-83-Crime (27463)
“We are cautioning residents that if they see him or believe that they believe he may be anywhere near them, they should not to attempt to approach him,” Bivens said. “All tips are being followed up and investigated.”
