WARREN, Pa. – Playing under the lights, the Area Agency on Aging and Anderson Construction got Boys’ Majors and Boys’ Juniors Little League wins on Friday.

AREA AGENCY ON AGING 10, ALLEGHENY PRINTS 3
Friday night under the lights from Betts Jackson – Allegheny Prints against Area Agency of Aging meet in what started out as a pitchers duel.
Wesley Wilcox was locked in striking out 12 over 4 innings for the Area Agency on Aging. Allegheny Prints ace Wyatt Wilson struck out 8 over 3 innings. Wilson also led the scoring with 2 hits, an inside-the-park HR, and a solid single.
Wilcox and Ziggy Haskins had singles in the 1st to score Asher Stanton. Stanton scored two runs to help the Area Agency of Aging improve to 2-0 with a final score of 10-3.
BOYS JUNIORS
ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION 14, BETTS INDUSTRIES 9
Under the Friday night lights, Anderson Construction topped Betts Industries, 14-9, in 13-14-year-old Juniors action.
Aggressive baserunning and key hits fueled Anderson Construction’s victory. Carsyn Branstom and Josh Pikna both had a multiple-hit game with Branstom having a double. Broc Bryan had a key 2-RBI single in the second inning, Isaac Neal added an RBI single in the 1st, and Michael Knapp had a single to round out the hitting for Anderson Construction.
For Betts Industries, Nathan Klenowski, Aaron Shene, Cole Fitzgerald, and Owen Tipton all had singles in the match-up. Shene threw three strong innings taking the loss in the game and Heath Genis took the win for Anderson Construction.
