YOUNGSVILLE, Pa. – Alex Johnson was less than 10 pins away from bowling an 800 series during Warren Midtown Motors League play at Valley Bowling Center Thursday.
Johnson opened his series with consecutive 258 games before he finished with a 278 high-game to give him a 794 series.
Matt White also rolled a 700, as he opened with a 215, followed with a 216 then rolled a 269 high-game to finish at 700, exactly.
