Fifth Ave Lane Closure Scheduled for Oct. 23

WARREN, Pa. – A portion of West Fifth Avenue will be reduced to one lane on Monday, Oct. 23 for repairs, the City of Warren announced.

The eastbound lane of W. Fifth Ave will be closed from Market Street to Water Street from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Asphalt repairs will be done during the closure.
