YOUNGSVILLE, Pa. – Officer Scott Neiswonger and Nic of Conewango Township Police and Warren County Detective Thomas Kibbey and Dina visited the Scouts from Pack 30.
The kids learned about the job that the dogs do for the community. They asked questions for the better part of an hour and even managed to stump the officers by asking what the dogs’ bite force was in Newtons. Neiswonger said he would brush up on bite force in Newtons before his next presentation.
