City Police Looking to ID Man Who Removed Package from Porch

WARREN, Pa. – The City of Warren Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man seen on video removing a package from a residence on Buchanon Street early Friday morning.

Warren Police posted the following video Friday afternoon and are asking anyone who may know the man’s identity to call 814-723-2700.
