Allegheny National Forest Seeking Student Interns

WARREN, Pa. – —The USDA Forest Service is conducting a hiring event for internship positions across the nation. Jobs are available in a variety of exciting and rewarding career fields, such as social science, physical science, business, natural resource management, and engineering.

As part of this hiring event, Allegheny National Forest is seeking six college interns. Positions include a forestry technician intern (timber) and three natural resources management and biological sciences interns (silviculture, non-native invasive vegetation, or planning-wildlife) in the Bradford Ranger District, and a civil engineering intern for the Supervisor’s Office in Warren. A natural resources management intern (recreation trails) position with a duty station of either the Marienville or the Bradford Ranger Districts is also available.
