Mia Rafalski scored six of her seven points in the fourth quarter for the Eagles.
Kam Weissinger also had seven points for Youngsville, while Kenzie Olewine added six.
Bella Marino had eight points and four rebounds for Eisenhower, while Lilly Smyth added six points, seven rebounds and three steals and Delaney Chase six points, five rebounds and two steals.
