MARIENVILLE, Pa. – Riley Robinault scored nine points as Youngsville edged A-C Valley, 32-31 in the Forest Tip-Off Tournament.
Melea Jenkins added seven points for Youngsville in the win.
Keira McVay scored 15 points for A-C Valley.
FOREST AREA 19, OSWAYO VALLEY 14
MARIENVILLE, Pa. – After a year away from the hardwood, Forest Area girls basketball returned with a 19-14 win over Oswayo Valley in the Forest Area Tournament.
Oswayo Valley held an 11-5 lead at the half, but Forest outscored OV 14-3 over the final two quarters to secure the victory.
Jayden Colvin led the Fires with five points and had five rebounds, four blocks, and three steals. Kaylie Rooke, Amber Guzzi, and Tori Brown each had four points. Rooke added eight rebounds and three steals, and Brown had five boards. Kenzie Kopchick had five rebounds and Faith Dietrich had three steals.
Charlotte Austin-Keech and Layken Enty each had five points for the Green Wave.
