YOUNGSVILLE, Pa. – Youngsville Borough Council welcomed two new members to its ranks on Monday.
Mayor Scott Nelson swore in Madison (left) and Michael Carnahan as Jr. Council members during Monday’s meeting.
The newest members of council aren’t allowed to vote or take part in executive session, but are seated on either end of the council table during meetings as they learn about local government.
“We’re so happy to have you,” Nelson said.
