YOUNGSVILLE, Pa. – A pair of Youngsville Elementary kindergarten students set career highs for series and game during Saturday Strikers League play at Valley Bowling Center.
Liam Farmery, who averages a 22, bowled his career-high game of 82 and had a high series of 208. Colton Kirby, who averages 44, had his high game and high series with a 96 high game and a 281 series.
Those two weren’t the only ones with career days. Allyson Peate, a 4th grader at YES, nearly doubled her average (94) with a 160 high game.
Warren Area High School students Lily Brooker (633) and Ben Lindquist (685) took the top spots for the Varsity Teams ending the week of Jan. 22.
Brooker was joined on the girls’ team by fellow Dragons Ellee Irwin (626), Lennon Daily (623) and Sydney Rex (602).
Youngsville’s Konnor Eck was just behind Lindquist with a 685. Dominic Sproveri (YHS, 661) and Arick Allen (WAHS, 622) rounded out the boys’ team.
