WARREN, Pa. – The Warren County Youth Football League kicked off its 2021 season Sunday, Aug. 29 with a full slate of varsity and junior varsity contests.
On the Varsity (5th and 6th grade) side, Broc Bryan scored the lone touchdown in the Post Squirrels’ 6-0 win over the Green Hawks.
Tanner Stuart’s touchdown pushed the Twisters past the Orange Carrots, 6-2. Aiden Egger recorded a safety for the Carrots.
In Junior Varsity (3rd and 4th grade) action, Blake Peterson had three TDs and a 2-point conversion to lead the Mud Vipers to a 22-0 win over the Green Destroyers. Cameron Lindell added a 2-point conversion in the win.
Clayton Hammerbeck scored twice and Harrison Horner and Ty Bryan each added a TD as the Trash Pandas blanked the Blue Devils, 24-0.
