Warren Volleyball Sweeps Past Franklin; Youngsville Battles but Falls to Cambridge Springs

WARREN, Pa. – Hannah Shattuck had eight kills, three aces and two digs in a 3-0 (25-10, 25-10, 25-13) Warren win over visiting Franklin.

Halee Mineweaser ran the offense for the Dragons with 29 set assists and added four digs and three kills, Carly Beers had seven kills, Jordan Sitler five kills and two blocks and Katie Madigan 12 digs, five aces and two set assists.

A-C VALLEY 3, NORTH CLARION 1

FRILLS CORNERS, Pa. – Mia Sherman and Andrea Meals combined for 23 kills in a 3-1 (25-12, 25-16, 28-30, 25-19) A-C Valley win at North Clarion.

Meals led the Lady Falcons with 12 kills and added 14 digs and two blocks, while Sherman had 11 kills and 13 digs. Meah Ielase chipped in eight kills. Rachel Cullen ran the offense with 23 set assists.

CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS 3, YOUNGSVILLE 1

CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS, Pa. – Cambridge Springs topped Youngsville, 3-1 (25-15, 25-22, 25-7, 25-23).

Kamryn Weissinger had 10 kills and eight digs to pace Youngsville while Andrea Sveda added seven kills, five blocks and four digs, Tori Bull 13 digs, four kills and a block and Kenzie Olewine 11 digs and three kills. Jena Wilson ran the offense with 24 set assists and added three aces, two digs and a kill.

Cambridge Springs stats were unavailable.

EISENHOWER FALLS

SAEGERTOWN, Pa. – Saegetown swept visiting Eisenhower, 3-0 (25-7, 25-18, 25-14).

Emilie Jones led Eisenhower with six kills and two aces, Hannah Newcamp had seven digs, Paige Edwards added six digs and Rayna Hultman had 10 set assists and four kills.
