A 2-run single by Alix Lytle got the Dragon offense going in the first, followed by an RBI fielder’s choice from Alex Neureiter and an RBI groundout courtesy of Ellee Irwin.

Stuart was in control from start to finish. She allowed just three hits and struck out 14 and walked just one. The run she allowed was unearned. She also was 2-for-2 with a double and scored a pair of runs.

The Dragons added a run in the fifth on a Neureiter RBI single.

Bailey Cannon took the loss for GM, allowing five earned runs in six innings. She gave up seven hits, struck out six and walked one. Catrina Miller had two doubles and an RBI for the Lancers.
