WARREN, Pa. – Warren celebrated its senior class with a resounding 9-0 win over visiting Oil City on Thursday.
The Dragons recognized eight graduating seniors prior to the match: Ethan Best, Jack Darling, Josh Letko, Mark Lynds, William Nebinski, Parks Ordiway, Corban Reinard, and John Seyeler. This group has 50 wins over their high school career and was part of back-to-back region championship teams.
Three of those seniors, Darling, Ordiway, and Lynds, accounted for six of Warren’s nine goals and had 13 points in the match.
Ordiway had two goals and four assists, Darling had two goals and two assists, and Lynds had two goals and an assist. Seyeler also tallied an assist.
On the defensive side, Nebinski recorded his seventh shutout of the season.
Chase Sitler, Jack Chapman, and Tristan Shepard each had a goal, and Alex Eaton had an assist.
The Dragons are back at War Memorial Field on Saturday when they host Erie.
