CORRY, Pa. – Warren built a 22-point halftime lead on its way to a 62-38 Region 5 win over Corry.
Tommy Nyquist led four Warren players in double figures with 18 points, 16 of which came in the first half and included four triples.
Nyquist has now scored 37 points in his last two games as the Dragons swept the regular-season series from the Beavers. Warren (11-6 overall, 8-1 Region 5) has won five of six and kept pace with Fairview atop the region standings.
Parks Ordiway tallied 14 for the Dragons, while JT Blum had 12 and Owen Becker 11.
Nick Brundage scored a game-high 20 points for Corry, while Rylan Smith added 11. Warren held sharp-shooting Logan Joncas to seven points.
The Dragons have another key region game on Friday when they host Harbor Creek.
