Warren Baseball Rolls Past Fort LeBoeuf

WARREN, Pa. – Warren scored at least once in every inning on its way to an 11-1, 5-inning win over Fort LeBoeuf.

The Dragons did most of their damage in the second inning, where they scored six runs. The Bison had a chance to prolong the game, but Konnor Hoffman got a pair of strikeouts to end it.

Kyle Myers had two of Fort LeBoeuf’s three hits, including a double. Casey Miller scored the lone run.

Connor Sell took the loss allowing eight runs, two earned, on three hits and two walks. Myers allowed three runs, one earned, on two hits and two walks in two innings.

Gio Elinski had two hits, including a double, scored three runs, and had an RBI. Owen Blum drove in a pair, and Hoffman, Ben Sowa, and Archie Teconchuk all scored twice.

Brady Berdine got the start and threw three scoreless innings. He gave up just one hit, didn’t walk a batter, and struck out six. Hoffman allowed one unearned run on one hit with two walks and four strikeouts in two innings.
