WARREN, Pa. – A Warren State Hospital patient who walked off the grounds Monday afternoon has been located, Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police said in a statement Tuesday.
According to a statement, Jorden Mickens was located less than 24 hours after he climbed a fence and fled into the woods behind Lowe’s.

Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a man who walked off the Warren State Hospital grounds Monday afternoon.
According to PSP-Warren, Jorden Mickens, 24, climbed over a WSH fence at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 15 and proceeded to the Warren Commons where he fled into the woods behind Lowe’s.
“Mickens was able to elude several police officers and facility employees,” police said, and a helicopter called in to assist was unable to locate Mickens.
Police describe Mickens as a black male who is 6’2″ tall and weighs 175 pounds. Mickens was wearing blue jeans, a tan shirt, a tan hoodie, and tennis shoes. He is lengthy, clean-shaven, and may have a disability with his right arm, police said.
Mickens is not considered armed or dangerous, according to police.
