WARREN, Pa. – Thiel College student Owen Trumbull is the 2023 recipient of the Ralph G. Eckert Scholarship presented by the Warren County Conservation District.
Trumbull is an Environmental Science major and holds a summer internship at the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Natural Resources Specialist Trainee. It is his goal to conserve our environment for others and educate them about land management, forest, managing waterways, and invasive species among other topics.
He plans to apply for a full-time position with the US Army Corps of Engineers after he earns his degree.
