Tour De Forest Pre-Registration to be In-Person Only in Spring 2023

May 2, 2023

MARIENVILLE, Pa. – Because of “technical/software” issues with the online pre-registration system, pre-registration for the Spring 2023 Tour De Forest will be in-person only.

“With Tour De Forest being so close, we’ve made the decision to not have the online registration for this ride only,” a post on the Marienville Volunteer Fire Company Facebook page said.  “We are going back to the way we originally pre-registered before the pandemic, just for this ride. Online registration will be back and available for the Fall ride.”

Pre-registration will take place Thursday, May 18, and Friday, May 19.

It will take place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the MACA Building in Marienville (located on Pine Street).

There will also be pre-registration on Friday, May 19, in the Kelletville area at a place to be announced from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Pre-registrants are asked to please bring their machines on the trailer to the pre-registration.

The 2023 Spring  Tour De Forest will be held on May 20 and May 21.

The cost of the ride is $40 for both days and $30 for one day.

The two-day ride price includes one lunch redeemable at the food court or one of the participating restaurants and two Prize Run tickets, one for Saturday and one for Sunday. The one-day ride includes one Prize Run ticket.

There is a $10 passenger charge and they must have an approved seat or a machine made for more than one occupant.

Pre-registration is not necessary. Registration can be done on the day of the event.

Saturday one-day registration is at East Forest school and two-day registration is at the Jenks Township building from  7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday all registration is at the Jenks Township building from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be signs and fire police directing you to these areas.

The Tour De Forest is an ATV leisure ride through the scenic Allegheny National Forest on designated forest roads and trails that are not usually open to ATV traffic. The Tour De Forest has a very low difficulty level and is good for riders of all ages and experiences to enjoy. This event is put together for ATV enthusiasts to have the opportunity to ride and experience different areas that are not normally open to ATVs.
