TIONESTA, Pa. – Trees and wires down accounted for nearly 35% of the 126 calls responded to during 2022 by the Tionesta Volunteer Fire Department.
According to figures released by the department Sunday on its Facebook page, 44 of its 2022 calls were for trees or wires down.
Fifteen calls were for motor vehicle accidents, 13 were to help with a landing zone, and 10 were for automatic fire alarms.
