Three Bowl Career Highs in Saturday Strikers League Play

YOUNGSVILLE, Pa. – Three bowlers rolled career-highs during Saturday Strikers League play at Valley Bowling Center.

Warren sophomore Ella Card bowled a career-high game (194) and series (457) to finish second in league play for the week. Those scores helped her claim the top spot on the girls’ Varsity Team for the week.

A pair of 8th graders, Youngsville’s Carsyn Branstrom and Eisenhower’s Abby Allen also bowled career highs. Branstrom had a career-high 191 game, while Allen’s career-high 130 game led to a career-high 354 series.

Joining Card on the girls’ Varsity Team were Lillian Seyler, Mady Perry, and Deirdre Nelson. Tydus Chase, Tommy Jukes, and Dominic Sproveri made the boys’ Varsity Team.
