RUSSELL, Pa. – A pair of local bands will take the stage for a free concert at The Hub in Russell on July 23.
Sweet Jane, a guitar-based acustic trio, and Echoes On Water, a “young, energetic band,” will be performing beginning at 7 p.m.
The concert is free to attend, though attendees should bring a chair.
