Steelers Hold Off Bucs; Bears, Texans Pick Up Wins in Little Legends Flag Football

WARREN, Pa. – The Steelers held off the Bucs for a one-score win, while big individual performances helped propel the Bears and Texans to double-digit victories in NFL Little Legends Flag Football action Tuesday.

STEELERS 27, BUCS 20
The Steelers gave up touchdowns but were able to stop the conversion attempts and that proved to be the difference in a 27-20 win over the Bucs.

Triton Ringer had another big game for the Steelers, rushing for four touchdowns and a 2-point conversion. He also caught a conversion pass from Clayton Dyke.

The Bucs scored on their opening possession thanks to a double reverse from Kaleb Rickerson to Toby Leichtenberger to Kinsley Dean.

Rickerson found Leichtenberger on a TD pass in the second half. Later in the half, the Bucs scored on another reverse, this time from Jace Abbott to Leichtenberger to Dean. Hazel Gilbert-Wennberg also recorded a safety for the Bucs.

BEARS 26, TITANS 12
AJ Harris had a monster game to help lead the Bears to a 26-12 win over the Titans.

Harris scored three touchdowns, including one on defense, and recorded a safety. Harris scored a rushing TD, a receiving TD, on a pass from Pete Bailey, and on a pick-six.

Liam Mueller added a rushing TD in the win.

Gideon Milliman and Harvey Reynolds each had a rushing score for the Titans.

TEXANS 28, COWBOYS 14
Phinn Betts scored three times and Kyrie Cook was all over the field defensively as the Texans topped the Cowboys, 28-14.

Cook finished with approximately 10 flag grabs to lead the defense. Chase Littlefield added a touchdown and Vance Anzalone scored two 2-point conversions.
