State Police Investigating Missing Sheffield Sign

SHEFFIELD, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the theft of a sign welcoming travelers to Sheffield.

According to PSP-Warren, sometime between 8 p.m. April 11 and 7 a.m. April 12 someone removed the “Welcome to Sheffield” sign on Route 6 near Country Lane.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact PSP-Warren or the Warren County Crimestoppers.

TRAILER THEFT
MEAD TOWNSHIP, Pa. – State police are seeking information regarding the theft of a trailer in Mead Township.

According to Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police, sometime between 2:30 p.m. on March 13 and 7 p.m. on April 8, a black 2016 carry-on trailer was stolen. The trailer, which was loaded with tires and has a cage covering the winch, was parked on a vacant property owned by the victim, police say. The trailer had Pennsylvania registration XJD4515.

Anyone with information is asked to call PSP-Warren or the Warren County Crimestoppers.
