SHEFFIELD, Pa. – Six Sheffield Wolverines are set to travel to Brookville High School Friday for the District 9 Track & Field Championships.
Sophomore Emily Foster will look to defend her D9 high jump title and is one of three competitors seeded second in the event. Junior Lucas McNeal will attempt to win that same event on the boys’ side.
McNeal will team with seniors Michael Mihalic and Landon Mead, and freshman Leihden Wotorson for the 400 relay. Sophomore Dylan Hardwick is the alternate for the team. Mead will also compete in the 100.
Field events get started at 1 p.m. Friday, with track events set to begin at 2 p.m.
