WARREN, Pa. – Motorists driving through the City of Warren Monday will have a pair of intersections to detour around.
Beginning at 7 a.m., the intersection of Hickory Street and West Fifth Avenue will be closed to all traffic for street restoration work, according to the city.
From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Conewango Avenue from Jackson Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed for tree removal, the city said.
Intermittent closures will occur from Tuesday through Friday at the intersection of Liberty Street and West Fifth Avenue as street restoration work is performed on Liberty Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, and on West Fifth Avenue between Liberty Street and Hickory Street.
