Robert Forest Hagg

November 8, 2021

Robert Forest Hagg, 52, of Matthews Run Road, Youngsville, Pa., passed away Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021, at UPMC Hamot, Erie, Pa.

Born April 15, 1969, in Warren, Pa., he was the son of the late Robert L. Hagg and Bertha Lucille (Pugh) Fisher.

He graduated from Youngsville High School class of 1988 and currently worked as a bus driver for Warren City Bus Lines. He was married to Charlotte Riel Knisley on March 31, 2001, who survives him.

He was an avid motorhead to say the least. He enjoyed and was proud of building his 38 Plymouth. If a car show was on, he was watching it. He loved singing in the church praise team, karaoke or sitting and playing his guitar around the campfire. He was a member of the Borderline NY-PA model builders club. He presently attended the Youngsville Free Methodist Church. Above all, he surely loved the Lord and his family very much. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a baby sister who died at birth; and his stepfather, Samuel Fisher.

In addition to his mother and wife, surviving are five children: Raymond (Rebecca) Hagg of Pittsfield, Jonathan (Brianna) Hagg of Warren, Randall (Shannan) Knisley of Russell, Robert (Jennifer) Knisley of Sugar Grove and Richard Knisley of Waterford; a sister, Katherine Baine; nine grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews; two great-nieces and one great-nephew.

Friends will be received at McKinney Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Inc., 54 W. Main St., Youngsville, Pa., on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021, from 1-3 p.m., at which time a funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Rick Hamrick, Youngsville Free Methodist pastor officiating. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery in Starbrick and will be private.
