Portion of Second Ave to be Closed On June 9

WARREN, Pa. – Roof work at Northwest Bank will necessitate a portion of Second Avenue to be closed on Friday, June 9.

A large crane is required to complete the work and most of the Second Ave block from Liberty Street to Market Street will be closed to accommodate the equipment. Motorists will not be able to turn east on Second Ave from Liberty Street.

A portion of Second Ave will be open from Market St to the United Refining parking lot.
