KANE, Pa. – Two McKean County residents were arrested Wednesday morning on multiple charges related to the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Pauline Bauer, Kane, and William Blauser, Jr, Ludlow, were charged with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, knowingly engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct in restricted building or grounds and knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority. Bauer was also charged with obstruction of justice/Congress.
In its Statement of Facts, the DOJ said the FBI received several tips from witnesses who had seen Facebook posts and photos from Bauer stating that she was inside the Capitol on Jan. 6. Blauser was tagged in several posts/photos at the Capitol as well, according to the DOJ. Screen captures from security cameras inside the Capitol show Blauser and Bauer inside the Capitol rotunda, according to the DOJ.
The FBI also obtained Metropolitan Police Department body camera footage of Bauer from inside the Capitol. In one video, captured at approximately 2:57 p.m., Bauer allegedly yells, “This is where we find Nancy Pelosi.” Then later adds, “Bring that f@#$ing b!(#h out here now. Bring her out. Bring her out here. We’re coming in if you don’t bring her out.”
In a second video, Bauer allegedly says, “Bring them out . . . we want them out here. You bring them out or we’re coming in. Bring them out now. They’re criminals. They need to hang . . . Bring her out . . . Bring Nancy Pelosi out here now. We want to hang that f@#$ing b!(#h. Bring her out. We’re coming in if you don’t bring her out. What are you trying to protect a f@#$ing Nazi. Is that what you’re protecting?”
The pair will be prosecuted in the District of Columbia.
